Intatrade Chemicals GmbH is the small company with 17 years history of successon the global market. Our core competencies include the distribution of exclusive chemicals as well as the marketing of our Russian and Ukrainian partners. To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated employees who support us in a wide variety of areas.  

Your tasks in particular 

• Processing of inquiries and preparation / management of offers 
• Data acquisition and calculation of orders 
• Maintaining close relationships with customers and suppliers (by phone / email) 
• Update and maintenance of the article master, the product groups on the Internet 
• Logistic optimization in relation to the legal basis (IATA / ADR) 
• Realization of commercial transactions worldwide 

 
What we expect from you 

• Completed vocational training in a commercial profession 
• Knowledge of import / export and marketing would be desirable, but is not a prerequisite 
• A high level of motivation and independent work 
• Very good spoken and written English is a prerequisite, knowledge of the Russian language would be desirable 
• MS Office (Excel and Word) 
• Class B driving license
